Vision
As we continue to focus on reaching the world we are refocusing on the commandment that Jesus gave after He raised from the dead and right before He ascended into heaven. He told His followers (Acts 1:8) “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth”. Jesus said Jerusalem first. We believe as Jesus did that we must be effective in reaching our neighbor in order to be most effective in reaching nations. We are determined to reach our Jerusalem, Greater Baton Rouge, through prayer, personal evangelism, and creative corporate outreaches. As God advances His kingdom here we will have a greater ability to see His kingdom strengthen everywhere.
